A Connecticut federal judge denied Home Depot’s motion to dismiss a lawsuit that alleged an employee verbally accosted two Black customers and accused them of stealing from the store.
“The judge gave us an opportunity to prove our case, so that’s what we’ll set out to do,” David Rosen of David Rosen & Associates, counsel for the plaintiff, said.
