U.S. District Judge Mark T. Pittman on Wednesday gave the U.S. Chamber of Commerce a stinging rebuttal to its motion to expedite entry of a preliminary injunction against a cap on credit card late fees.
The U.S. Chamber and bank member plaintiffs wanted the ruling before Pittman decides on whether his court is the proper venue—an issue he raised himself.
