Ex-Clifford Chance Partner Banned From Accessing Client Money by SRA

A former Clifford Chance partner has been prohibited from accessing client money by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Bert De Maeyer was a long-term partner at Clifford Chance, based in the firm’s Brussels office. According to Companies House documents, he resigned from the firm in March 2023.
