Attorneys from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and Irell & Manella have made appearances for the defense in a trade secrets case filed by Roche Molecular against three Stanford oncologists.
The complaint, filed July 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, San Jose Division, alleges the scientists wrongly used Roche’s proprietary cancer-detection technology when they “secretly co-founded” Foresight Diagnostics, a company based in Colorado.
