Adele Maloney, formerly a corporate partner at Kirkland & Ellis who became its deputy assistant general counsel in 2018, has joined Paul Hastings in New York, where she will serve as its general counsel, the firm said Monday.
Maloney will replace Mark Pollack, who will retire from the firm. He joined Paul Hastings as a litigation partner in 2011 and transitioned to the GC role there in 2021. The firm said he will remain at the firm “for a period to assist with the transition.”
