Nearly half of the National Basketball Association has been hit with copyright infringement claims filed by Beverly Hills firm Johnson & Johnson for their use of several popular songs in videos posted online and in social media.
The separate complaints were filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of Artist Publishing Group, Kobalt Music Publishing America and other plaintiffs holding rights to the songs.
