A host of the world’s biggest law firms have picked up roles as South Korean e-commerce giant Coupang secures a deal to rescue London-based fashion retailer Farfetch for $500 million.
The deal means that Farfetch, which was on the verge of collapse, can continue to operate. Farfetch instructed Latham & Watkins, according to a person with knowledge of the deal.
