Mark Selwyn and Liv Herriot of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr have made appearances on behalf of Apple in a patent-infringement case filed by a California inventor.
Selwyn, a Wilmer partner who is co-chair of its intellectual property litigation team, and Herriot, who specializes in intellectual property litigation, made their appearances on July 31 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco.
