A civil settlement between Parkland school mass shooter Nikolas Cruz and a student who survived the massacre means Cruz is now prohibited from granting any interviews without the written consent of Anthony Borges, the young man he attempted to murder on Feb. 14, 2018.
And the deal also controls what happens to Cruz after his death.
