Simmons & Simmons is setting up an 11-person strategic advisory council to train its future leaders.
The team, which includes U.K.-based senior and managing associate equivalents, will act as a knowledge committee, attending forums and firm management meetings, giving them the opportunity to feed their perspectives into the firm’s executive committee.
