Paul Campos, a law professor at the University of Colorado Law School since 1990, settled a lawsuit against the university for alleged pay discrimination due to him being Latino.
The settlement, reached on Monday, states that the university denies any wrongdoing and Campos dismissed his claims against Dean Lolita Buckner Inniss and Chancellor Philip DiStefano, according to court records. The parties settled for $160,000, with $60,000 going to Campos and $100,000 going to his attorney, Daniel Williams of Hutchinson Black and Cook.
