Management consulting group Alvarez & Marsal and U.K top 100 firm BDB Pitmans have announced plans to create a new mid-market law firm.
The two institutions have signed a letter of intent to create an operation called Broadfield, which will feature BDB Pitmans and will engage Alvarez & Marsal Legal Services to provide services including technology, back-office services and helping to procure investment capital for the growth of the firm.
