Top White House lawyer Stacey Grigsby has rejoined Covington & Burling as a litigation partner in Washington, D.C., after departing the White House Counsel’s office last August after a year.
Grigsby, former deputy White House counsel to President Joseph Biden, will serve as co-chair of Covington’s government litigation practice and as a member of the firm’s commercial litigation, and institutional culture and social responsibility practices, the firm said Thursday.
