After being awarded $100,000 in plaintiff damages by a Fulton County State Court jury, ex-NBA player Jordan Hill has been ordered to pay more than $175,000 in attorney’s fees to opposing counsel.
The ruling comes one year after defense counsel with Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser & Eidex in Duluth successfully blocked $22 million in damages sought by the former pro-baller against their client at trial in April.
