Georgia Court of Appeals Judge-elect Jeff Davis is fighting back against the latest lawsuit challenging the former State Bar of Georgia executive director’s election to the intermediate appellate court.
More than a week after Cobb County Magistrate Judge Tabitha Ponder, whom Davis defeated in the nonpartisan May 21 election, joined forces with attorney Randolph Frails of Frails & Wilson in Augusta to file a complaint contesting the result of the statewide judicial race, counsel for Davis has filed a motion to dismiss the complaint.
