Big Law is exploring more tech solutions for clients, as law firms evolve to find business opportunities in generative AI, e-discovery tools and other software.
But firms need to make sure their efforts in offering tech solutions to clients don’t upset the partnership and that the firm is capable of both scaling and supporting those tools for clients, according to law firm professionals and others speaking at a panel this week that focused on client-facing solutions that highlight firm expertise. The panel discussion, with experts from Paul Hastings, Redgrave, Husch Blackwell and Sente Advisors, was part of the technology-focused Legal Week conference in New York.
