Tesla shareholders have moved to consolidate three recently filed Court of Chancery cases, claiming doing so would avoid duplicating efforts in litigating cases that deal with overlapping facts.
If Chancellor Kathaleen St. Jude McCormick grants the motion, the court would go from juggling seven cases against Tesla and Elon Musk to five, all of which are assigned to McCormick.
