Three Swiss law firms merged on Monday to create a one-stop business law hub, seizing an opportunity in a market that doesn’t have much penetration by global law firms other than Baker McKenzie.
Valfor (styled “valfor”) is a merger of German-speaking BianchiSchwald, GHR Rechtsanwälte, and French-speaking Python, bringing together more than 70 lawyers in six offices in Switzerland and one in Brussels.
