Financial, client relationship and practice management software provider SurePoint Technologies announced on Thursday that it acquired legal business intelligence and analytics company Leopard Solutions. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Founded by Laura Leopard in 2002, Leopard Solutions offers competitive intelligence, benchmark reports, and law firm and corporate counsel databases, among other products. Per the terms of the acquisition, Leopard will continue on in her role as general manager of Leopard Solutions.
