A South Florida attorney is among the litigators behind high-profile lawsuits against some of the most iconic fast food and candy brands in America.
In his latest legal filing, Anthony Russo Jr., president of the Russo Firm in Delray Beach, Florida, with offices also in New York and Texas, represents the plaintiffs—four customers who purchased a Reese’s Peanut Butter product based on allegedly false and deceptive representation of an artistic carving contained on the wrapper sold by the defendant, the Hershey Co.
