Clyde & Co is introducing a salaried partner role to its Australian partnership and letting go of six partners following a review of the business.
In a message to staff, the firm’s Australia managing partner Rebecca Kelly said the firm needs to improve its operating model and profitability for the long term benefit of clients and of the business.
