Simpson Thacher & Bartlett recruited prominent leveraged finance attorney Hadrien Servais for the firm’s global alternative capital and private credit group to lead the European private credit team mainly from Brussels.
Servais advises direct lenders, major investment banks, private capital providers and private equity sponsors. His work focuses on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance, opportunistic credit financings and other debt-financing solutions spanning all market cycles, Simpson Thacher said in a statement.
