Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and DLA Piper have secured lead roles in Swedish private equity giant EQT’s potential £2.2 billion acquisition of London-listed video game service company Keywords Studios.
Simpson Thacher is acting for EQT, according to a person involved in the deal. Corporate partners Lucy Gillett and Ben Spiers in London are leading the team, according to a person with knowledge of the deal.
