“The standard of review is whether the ruling of the board was clearly erroneous,” said respondent counsel Justin O’Dell of O’Dell, O’Neal, Hungerford, & Blanchard. “[T]here is an abundance of evidence to support the board’s decision.”

A legal battle remains underway in the contested judicial race between incumbent Douglas County Probate Judge Christina Peterson and Douglas County Chief Assistant Solicitor General Valerie V. Vie.

Arguing as a pro se petitioner, Peterson faced off against respondent counsel with O’Dell, O’Neal, Hungerford, & Blanchard Wednesday during a hearing to review the dismissal of the residency challenge she launched against Vie in March.
