A Cobb County Superior Court judge has ruled in favor of a disqualified county commissioner candidate. According to Judge Kellie S. Hill, Cobb County’s redrawn electoral map that led to Alicia Adams’ disqualification from the District 2 commissioner race is unconstitutional.
As a member of Adams’ petitioner counsel, Chuck Boring of Robbins Alloy Belinfante Littlefield applauded the ruling that now calls for the primary election to be redone to allow his client an opportunity to qualify and run for office.
