Former Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association President Ken Fulginiti has founded his own personal injury firm following almost 35 years at the Duffy Firm, formerly known as Duffy + Fulginiti.
Fulginiti departed his life-long firm around the start of February along with attorney Sarah Dooley and three additional staff members to start his own Philadelphia-based boutique, Fulginiti Law.
