‘Ready to Fight’: Former Public Justice Chairman to Lead Title IX Practice at Clarkson Law Firm

Arthur Bryant, a litigator with four decades of experience in public interest law and gender-based discrimination cases, joined Clarkson Law Firm this week as partner and head of its Title IX practice.

“This is … a huge culminating step in a career I’ve spent fighting for public interest,” said Bryant, who previously served as the chairman and executive director at Public Justice, a national public interest law firm, and partner at Bailey & Glasser in Oakland.
