Podhurst Orseck, Client and Ex-Partner Face Nearly $575K in Attorney Fees

After the state court in Miami awarded a Coral Gables lawyer her full 25% referral fee from Podhurst Orseck, its client and one of its ex-partners for settlements obtained in aviation litigation, which are estimated at over $6 million and more than $3 million, she is now moving for quadruple that amount in attorney fees.

Robert Zarco, a partner at Zarco Einhorn Salkowski in Miami, represents the lienor, Ana Frexes of Frexes Law, the personal representative to Andrea Virgin, in her attempt to recover a 25% referral fee from Podhurst Orseck, Virgin and former partner Michael Olin.
