Pierson Ferdinand, the law firm that spun off of FisherBroyles earlier this year, has stepped into London with continued lateral hiring from its legacy firm as well as other firms with an established presence in the U.K. market.

At the time of its London office launch in July, Pierson Ferdinand has recruited four more partners from FisherBroyles, including its chair of the banking and financial services practice Stephen Di Cioccio, who will hold the same leadership role at Pierson Ferdinand, and Peter Finding, the partner who helped establish FisherBroyles’ London office in 2020 and will lead Pierson Ferdinand’s in the same city.
