Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison’s London office has secured another big-name corporate mandate, this time advising on footwear brand Birkenstock’s €850 million refinancing of its credit facilities.
The firm is providing counsel to Birkenstock, according to a statement by the company. London co-head Neel Sachdev and private equity partner Kanesh Balasubramaniam are leading.
