Andrew Goodman, a mergers and acquisitions partner focused on shareholder activism, has left Goodwin Procter and joined Paul Hastings, the latter said Thursday. Goodman, who spent most of the last two decades at Goodwin, will split time between his new firm’s Boston and New York offices.
Goodman said he was looking forward to continuing to build out Paul Hastings’ shareholder activism platform, as well as work with some of Paul Hastings’ recent laterals.
