Ozempic MDL Reassigned to Pennsylvania Federal Judge Karen Marston

U.S. District Judge Karen Marston has been assigned to the multidistrict litigation over Ozempic and related drugs after the initial judge unexpectedly died.

On Thursday, the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation reassigned the docket to Marston, keeping the litigation in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania after U.S. District Judge Gene Pratter, 75, died on May 17.
