Two major legal tech players announced they were joining forces Wednesday. Global legal intelligence and research provider vLex and knowledge work platform iManage issued a joint press release stating they have formed “a new partnership which will see a number of secure and robust integrations enhancing the workflows and knowledge resources for their customers.”

Since mid-2023, vLex has been rolling out tools and capabilities in its Vincent AI platform, including a generative AI legal research assistant, a Document Analyze tool and more. These tools draw on one of the largest international databases in the world, formed when the global company vLex merged with the U.S.-based Fastcase in April 2023. Meanwhile, iManage serves as the knowledge management platform for over 4,000 organizations in the world.
