The partners of mid-sized Canadian business law firm Minden Gross have made the rare decision to dissolve the firm and many of its lawyers have already secured new homes.
“After encountering a recent intensification of the challenges facing mid-sized law firms in Canada, Minden Gross regrets to announce that the firm will be winding down operations after over 70 years of service,” the firm posted on its website in late December.
