A state court judge in Miami entered a final judgment Monday in favor of the defense in a multimillion-dollar land dispute case.
The case centered on a disagreement among four siblings. One of the siblings, the plaintiff, Felix Erdulfo Malaga Torres, sought to reclaim his investment in the land from the defendants, Millennium World Trade Business LLC and Ernesto Noe Malaga Torres.
