A Miami lawyer is facing disciplinary action from the Florida Bar over his correspondence with the husband of the attorney’s divorce client.
Brian Tannebaum, special counsel to Bast Amron in Miami, is an ethics expert not involved in the matter in which the respondent, Adam Yormack of Yormack Law, allegedly told a litigant, Andre Klein, via text message, “Not giving me an hour of your time will be a colossal mistake.”
