Linklaters, Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira and Davis Polk & Wardwell are representing Spanish fashion and fragrance brand Puig in its IPO.
Linklaters’ Madrid arm is acting as the lead advisor on the float, which is worth approximately €2.9 billion, according to the IPO prospectus. Partners Iñigo Berricano, Luis Roth and Pablo Medina are leading the team, a spokesperson for the firm said.
