Linklaters, Al-Tamimi, and AS&H Clifford Chance advised on energy projects in Saudi Arabia worth $3.9 billion, which are part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the Saudi Green Initiative.

The Taiba-2 and Qassim-2 are Independent Power Plant (IPP) projects in Saudi Arabia. With a combined capacity of 3.96 gigawatts (GW), they are being developed by a consortium made up of Aljomaih Energy & Water Company, Ajlan & Bros Group, Buhur for Investment Company, and the EDF Group, while the Taiba-1 and Qassim-1 power projects were developed by the ACWA Power-Saudi Electricity Company consortium.
