Axiom: On-demand legal staffing and services provider Axiom launched two new recruitment solutions on March 18. Clients can leverage Axiom’s permanent placement solution, which offers direct permanent placements for open legal roles for lawyers and legal operations. Otherwise, they can choose to use Axiom’s interim-to-perm solution, which lets them hire an Axiom lawyer on an interim basis. “Our new recruitment solutions help our clients overcome long-standing challenges in legal hiring, such as prolonged timelines, uncertainty about fit, and difficulty in finding the right talent,” said Sara Morgan, chief talent officer for Legal Talent, in a news release.
