Legal Tech Rundown: Opus 2 Updates, Haystack ID M365 Launch—and More

The fast-paced legal tech world is constantly evolving. The Legal Tech Rundown is a periodic update of legal tech stories that might have gone under the radar over the past few weeks.

Exterro: Data risk management software company Exterro and privacy consulting firm Privacy Ref announced a partnership on March 26. Through this collaboration, clients will have access to Exterro’s suite of privacy and data governance solutions as well as Privacy Ref’s consulting services. On March 28, the provider also announced that it hired Rick Valentine as its new chief customer officer. In his new role, Valentine will focus on guiding “the full spectrum of customer experiences,” according to a media release. Prior to joining Exterro, Valentine spent three years as the SVP and chief customer officer at Quantum, a provider of data management solutions, and two years as the chief customer officer at Silver Peak.
