Aderant: On Jan. 19, business and legal business management provider Aderant announced that the company earned the Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type II Report with no exceptions for its vi by Aderant and Expert Sierra Saas platforms. The security audit comes as a result of Aderant’s completion of the SOC 2 Type II examination, meaning the company has successfully implemented information controls to ensure security and confidentiality of its systems. Specifically, the report evaluated the company’s practices around security, availability and confidentiality, according to a press release.
