Latham & Watkins and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer are advising Hong Kong’s CK Infrastructure Holdings (CKI) on its secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange.
Latham is providing the issuer with U.S. law advice while Freshfields is advising on the Hong Kong law aspects of its London listing. Freshfields’ team on the deal is being led by Hong Kong partner and global co-head of its international capital markets practice Grace Huang.
