Kirkland Hires Latham M&A Partner in Germany; Opens New Frankfurt Office

Kirkland & Ellis has opened a new Frankfurt office and hired M&A partner Tobias Larisch from Latham & Watkins, enhancing the firm’s expanding transactional practice in Germany.

Frankfurt is Kirkland’s second office in Germany after Munich.
