Following a prosecutor’s granted motion to dismiss, the Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct lifted its suspension with pay of a Harris County judge accused of assault-bodily injury.
On Feb. 7, the commission suspended 228th District Court Judge Frank Aguilar on receipt of information that the Galveston County Court at Law No. 3 charged Aguilar with one count of assault causing bodily injury-family violence, a Class A misdemeanor.
