More than two weeks after Jeff Davis secured 57.1% of the statewide vote to replace retiring Presiding Judge M. Yvette Miller on the Georgia Court of Appeals next year, a judge has agreed to hear a challenge seeking to stay certification of Davis’ election.
Following the recusal of at least two other Atlanta Judicial Circuit judges, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Rachel Krause has granted attorney Randolph Frails’ petition for an emergency hearing on June 7.
