More than two months after voters decided retiring Georgia Court of Appeals Presiding Judge M. Yvette Miller’s replacement at the polls, an election result challenge continues to stew.
During a motion for dismissal hearing Monday, counsel for Judge-elect Jeff Davis and additional respondents challenged the validity and vitality of the legal challenge launched by a pair of petitioners, including Cobb County Magistrate Judge Tabitha Ponder.
