Asset management company Fortress is claiming that real estate billionaire Charles S. Cohen owes the investment group nearly $190 million after borrowers defaulted on a loan of more than $533 million, according to newly filed court papers.
Plaintiff Fortress Credit Corp. is asking a judge to find Cohen liable for almost $190 million in outstanding funds, per a motion for summary judgment in lieu of a complaint filed Monday.
