On Wednesday, legal technology software provider Intapp announced new AI capabilities and offerings, as well as the upcoming acquisition of Berlin-based AI software company delphai, as part if its new “Intelligence Applied” philosophy and brand vision, which focuses on leveraging AI for client solutions.
Specifically, the company launched new capabilities for its CRM and fund management platform DealCloud. Called “Intapp Assist for DealCloud,” the update uses generative AI to provide automated summaries of unstructured data, such as meeting transcripts, and summaries of DealCloud content. In addition, the platform will now include an intelligence feed that can send users reminders, among other features.
