A Florida state panel has recommended a public reprimand and a 60-day suspension for Seminole County Judge Wayne Culver, after an amended notice in Dec. 2023 charged the judge with violations of several canons of Florida’s Code of Judicial Conduct.

The ethics case against Culver stemmed from allegedly inappropriate behavior on the bench.
