Fox News is facing a lawsuit from Hunter Biden over a fictional “mock trial” television series that included photos of the plaintiff in the nude.
The complaint, filed Sunday in Manhattan Supreme Court, alleged violations of New York Civil Rights Law Section 52-b, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and unjust enrichment.
